We’re so excited you’re interested in joining us! Families who are interested in the Mini Cloud or Cloud Membership may register by filling out the form below. Once submitted, you’ll receive an confirmation email and instructions for accessing the parent portal (linked at the bottom of the email).
New members will receive an invoice for the $50 registration fee to finalize enrollment, and all members will receive a welcome email with everything you need to know before your first class.

Our annual membership structure works like a gym. Memberships are ongoing with monthly billing, and families may cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice. This structure allows children to progress consistently throughout the year without waiting for sessions to start or end.
Yes. There is a $50 registration fee when joining or rejoining Grounded in the Clouds. This fee helps cover onboarding, administrative setup, and program materials. The registration fee is waived for current members who continue without a break in membership. If a family cancels and later decides to rejoin, the registration fee will apply at that time.

Yes!
Children may move up in level at any time once they are ready. Level advancement is based on instructor recommendation and skill readiness — there’s no need to wait for a new session.
Members may schedule make-up classes, based on availability. Make-ups help provide flexibility for busy schedules but cannot be used to reduce monthly membership fees.
Yes. Members may pause their membership up to two times per membership year for a $15 pause fee each time. Pauses must be requested 30 days in advance.
Our new class structure begins February 2nd, 2026. Membership rates are billed at time of registration and on the 1st of the month thereafter.
